Our beautiful detached villa for maximum 4 persons in the Camarrocha area with private parking for 2 cars, two bedrooms (1 x bed 180x200m and 2x 90x200) with en suite bathrooms, one with large shower, one with shower and bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, naya, outdoor kitchen, charcoal barbecue, private pool 7m x 3.50m with pool shower. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, there is also air-conditioning in the living room and dining room and another ceiling fan in the naya. There are fly screens on the windows, fast fibre optic internet. TV with IP-TV in all languages in one bedroom, TV with Astra-Sat-TV in the living room, TV with IP-TV in all languages and terrestrial Spanish TV in the second bedroom. The indoor kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer-combination, gas cooker with four flames, oven, toaster, water cooker, Italian coffee machine, etc. The outdoor kitchen has a gas cooker with two fires and a refrigerator.

To avoid the extreme plastic waste, free 19-litre water bottles with pumps are available in the house, which can be used to refill the water bottles that are also provided. In case of weekly rentals it´s included one bottle per week. you need more, you can get further bottles for 7,70€ each.

The renting price includes costs for water, cooking-gas and electricity for 60€ per week. Heating gas bottles are not included in the renting price and will be charged extra at the acutal gas price.

Special prices are offered for monthly rentals (at least one month between October and May) and the utility costs and drinking water bottle are not included in the price.

The fee for towels and linnen and final cleaning is 125€ per stay.
